Raise it here. Play it on Dreamcast.
MAG Lab reads a compatible MAG from a Dreamcast PSO Version 2 save, lets you raise it away from the console, and writes the updated MAG back when you are ready to play.
MAG Lab reads a compatible MAG from a Dreamcast PSO Version 2 save, lets you raise it away from the console, and writes the updated MAG back when you are ready to play.
Scan a supported PSO Version 2 save and choose the character and MAG you want to raise.
Use meseta earned in PSO: Pocket to buy feed items, grow stats and trigger evolutions on VMU Pro or Pebble.
Write the updated MAG to the Dreamcast save and use it in Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2.

Send one MAG to Pebble MAG Lab with a six-digit PIN. Its form, stats, colour, IQ, Synchro, Section ID and Photon Blasts travel with it.
The VMU Pro copy is checked out during the transfer. Export the MAG from Pebble and import it back into MAG Lab before writing it to the Dreamcast save.

MAG Lab uses the GameID folders under /sdcard/Dreamcast/. The folder and {CODE}-1.vmu filename must match:
MK51193/MK51193-1.vmuUSMK5119350/MK5119350-1.vmuEUHDR0163/HDR0163-1.vmuJPMAG Lab supports first-, second- and third-stage evolutions, multiple saves and automatic backups. Evolution rules use the feeding character's class and Section ID.
MAG evolution depends on the class and Section ID of the character feeding it. Choosing the right save lets you work towards class-dependent forms.
PSO save files are encrypted with the Dreamcast PSO serial and access key. MAG Lab uses them to decrypt the save, update the MAG data and encrypt the save again.
The MAG Lab built into PSO: Pocket uses meseta earned in PSO: Pocket. The standalone MAG Lab from the VMU Pro App Store instead uses banked meseta from the selected Dreamcast PSO character. In PSO: Pocket, each feeding window allows three items and has a 300-second cooldown.
Open the VMU Pro App Store and search for PSO: Pocket.
